Enquiries and booking requests: your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, number of guests, type of stay and any message you send.
Feedback: your name, email address, stay dates and your ratings and comments about your stay.
Guest check-in: names, dates of birth, addresses and contact numbers of guests; one government-issued photo ID document; your signature; and your acceptance of the house rules and the acknowledgement & indemnity.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit, which our web server records for security and troubleshooting.
When you submit the check-in form, we record the date, time, IP address and browser of the submission as proof of your acceptance of the house rules.

To respond to your enquiries and booking requests and to arrange your stay or event.
To register guests, verify identity and meet legal requirements that apply to accommodation providers in India.
To keep a record of your acceptance of the house rules, safety measures and indemnity.
To improve our services using the feedback you share.

3. Identity documents

Identity documents uploaded through the check-in form are stored in a private, access-controlled area of our server and are not publicly accessible. They can only be viewed by the villa owner for guest registration and verification. Please do not upload a PAN card – it is not accepted as identity proof.

4. Sharing of information

We share personal information only when necessary:

with government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law (for example, guest registration requirements);
with service providers who host and maintain this website, who may process data only on our instructions; and
where needed to protect our legal rights or the safety of guests, staff or the property.

5. Third-party services

This website includes an embedded Google Map and links to WhatsApp and Instagram. When you use these, the respective providers (Google, Meta) may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies – for example, to protect forms against misuse and to keep the owner signed in to the administration area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Guest check-in records and identity documents are deleted when they are no longer required. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Details of children travelling with a group may be provided by the adult completing the check-in form. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
